This double-keyboard typewriter with IPA extensions is on display in a corridor at the Meertens Instituut (a research organization concerned with Dutch language and culture) in Amsterdam. It appears to be partly electric (OFF and ON buttons between the keyboards, and a possible power cable) but the key levers look like the kind on purely mechanical typewriters. (Since it looked like an antique, I didn't play with it.)
